First of all I would like to say that kids should totally be allowed to go into space. Kids are awesome, they think outside of the box. For example when people grow up they lose their sense of creativity and kids are young and have the biggest imagination of all people. They think of reasoning and ideas that adults would never even consider let alone carry out.
As for the process of picking the student I think it should be someone who is terminally ill, not so ill that they can’t go to space but sick enough that they can have an amazing experience before there life is cut short. Imagine being told that you were not going to survive at such a young age, would you not want to make a name for yourself or have a life changing experience before your life was over forever. And that is what I think about kids going to space.
